This two-sided research report separately collects the experiences, funding history and views of both Investors and LGBTQ+ founders in the UK to build a definitive data set as a basis for further action.

What is Proud Ventures?

We are a UK grassroots collective of LGBTQ+ Investors, VCs and Angel Investors.

Our driving focus is to build an intimate community for LGBTQ+ VCs and Angel Investors (not just another Slack group) with a focus on meaningful relationships and friendships over networking. We then aim to use this to both support LGBTQ+ founders overcome the LGBTQ+ funding gap as well as more LGBTQ+ people into VC.
